Let's Do It: The Chito-Neri Way

Recently, a video scandal of Parokya Ni Edgar’s vocalist, Chito Miranda, and a former contestant of Star Circle Quest (a talent show in T.V), Neri Naig, made a scene in the internet world. If you have had enough Internet for the day, I doubt if you have seen the above mentioned video scandal. According to my source, which happens to be my ever-updated wife, the said video snaked through a number of social media sites, particularly in YouTube. Alas, when my curiosity had me, the video was totally gone–POOP. Nevertheless, there were few people who managed to take some pictures out of the video and posted them without any reluctance. A bad publicity for the couple, though.

Basically, Neri Naig jumpstarted her acting endeavors after joining Star Circle Quest–a talent show that beseeches promising actors/actresses in the Philippines. Although she was casted out at the early part of the contest and I don’t find her skills adequate for such avenue (she put on a great show if I’ll based it on the pictures, though), Neri carved a name in the industry. On the other hand, Chito Miranda is an icon in the Philippines’ music industry. Being one of the famous vocalists in the country’s musical history, he is, without a doubt, a rock star. Hence, the couple would really ding-the-bell in the ears of their fans, relatives and, most especially, family.

According to other sources I happen to find in the Internet, Chito Miranda’s house was robbed just days before the alarming video scandal appeared. And probably, the thief might have chanced upon the said video and didn’t hesitate to upload it. Well, he’s not that selfish after all. Perhaps, the couple has heard about their videoed private moments not being private anymore, they erased the video. I’m really wondering how when to think it was the thief who uploaded the video scandal. Nonetheless, their private moments are now undeniably not a hush-hush anymore.

At first, I wanted to post the pictures here in my blog, but it’s quite filthy and, at the same time, I might be charged of oops-why-did-you-post-such-shocking-yet-erotic-pictures. Hence, I didn't post it. So, just let your mind do the work and start imagining.

With how innovative our technology nowadays, we seemed to be very inclined with the comfortableness it offers. It’s interesting, however, how these discoveries of ours lead to any peculiar events. These may include, but not limited to taking pictures and/or videos of our daily activities. At the same time, with a little aid from social media sites, we are able to showcase to the world our distinctions. However, just like the saying, “everything is permissible yet not everything is beneficial,” we tend to forget the consequences we might face. As for Chito Miranda and Neri Naig, they could have had prevented such happening if and only if, they didn't film their love-making at the first place. Literally, they’re the one responsible for all of this. I guess I didn't have to elaborate the reasons why, right? Indeed, this is an essential lesson to everyone who doesn't think before leaping. Remember: you might step on a shit–a real shit, that is.
